AI Strategy and Implementation for SMBs
Same team. More done. More leads become sales.
Elves did the shoemaker's work while he slept. Ours are AI, built into your business so more leads turn into sales, invoices get paid faster and your numbers show where money is leaking. Your team keeps the craft, and nothing goes out without your OK.

What we do
Find the money. Win the work.Keep the customers.
We build AI into the software you already use, around how you already work. It runs in the background and checks with you before anything big.
Who it's for
Is this you?
Owner-run businesses with 5 to 100 people, where the work arrives as emails, calls and paperwork, and someone has to push it through by hand.
You know it could be automated, but not how.
“I know we could automate this. I just don't know how.”
You've seen what AI can do, but every evening still ends with you retyping the same details into the same websites.
No tech person on the team.
“We don't have a tech person to figure all this out.”
You can see what should run itself, but nobody on the team knows where to start, so it sits on the to-do list for another year.
Ten subscriptions, none of them connected.
“We pay for ten subscriptions and none of them talk to each other. It's all still manual.”
A customer's details end up spread across four apps, and information is lost every week.
Busier, but not better off.
“We're busier than ever, but it's not showing in the numbers.”
You're working Saturdays and the phone never stops, but the bank balance looks just like last year's.
Your numbers
Find out where you're losing money.
We set the Numbers Elf up on your accounts, timesheets and billing. It does the digging a big firm pays an analyst for, hands you the fixes, then keeps watching from your dashboard.
- 1
It runs the numbers. A year of time entries, invoices and bills, checked against how you price.

What we’d build
Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude answer questions.Ours does the work.
The brains are the same, smart enough to pass the bar exam. The difference is ours talks to all the software you pay for, makes the everyday decisions, spots what you'd miss and keeps at a job until it's finished, whether you're in the office or not.
A chatbot
ChatGPT or Claude
- Waits for you to ask
- Hands you an answer to copy and paste
- Can't open your email, accounts or job system
- Forgets it all when you close the tab
What you get
Hi [client name], just a reminder that invoice [number] for [amount] is now overdue...
Your crew
Built by ELFBRIX
- Starts on its own, every day
- Works inside your email, accounts and job system
- Makes the everyday calls, asks you about the big ones
- Sticks with a job for weeks until it's done
One overdue invoice, start to finish
- Spots it
- Emails them
- Texts on day 14
- Marks it paid
How it starts
See it working before you pay a cent.
It starts with a free 30-minute call. We build one real thing with you, on your own work, so you see exactly what this does. If there's more worth doing, you get a plan and a price in writing.
01 · 30 minutes
Free live build
We build one real thing with you on the call, on your own work. It's yours, whatever you decide.
02 · In writing
Your plan
What we'd build next, the hours it should save each week and the price, in writing.
03 · Built for you
We build it
Around how your business already works, inside your software. You sign off before anything goes live.
04 · Your call
Hand over or keep improving
Take it over with video guides for everything, or keep us on monthly to improve it and build what's next.
Free, 30 minutes, and what we build is yours.
Already know what you need? Ask about a one-off build or a retainer.
You sign off
Nothing goes out until you say so.
Your elves draft, sort, chase and remind. Anything that can't be undone, or that speaks for the business, waits for your OK.
You approve, then it sends. Every text, email and invoice waits for your OK while an elf is new.
The odd ones come to you. A quote twice your usual size or a cranky reply goes to a person, not a guess.
Built around your rules. Your wording, your limits, your sign-offs. Not a template.
Pause anything, any time. Your team can pause any elf and do the job by hand again.

Day 7 email to Dave Wilson about quote #1042 ($14,200). That's twice your usual job, so I've held it for you to check first.
FAQ
What owners ask us first.
Something we haven't covered? Ask it on the call.
What do you actually do?
ELFBRIX builds AI elves that do the jobs you don't want, like chasing quotes, sending invoices and finding where you're losing money, inside the software you already use. Each one is built around how your business already works, and you sign off on anything that matters.
Can it look at our numbers?
Yes, read-only. The Numbers Elf goes through your accounts and job software for the leaks a busy owner never has time to chase down, like work priced under cost or a supplier creeping up. You get the list with what each one costs you a year, and what to do about it stays your call.
Is it off the shelf?
No. Two businesses in the same trade rarely run a job the same way, so we map how yours works and build to that: your steps, your software, your sign-offs. The solution pages show the usual shape, not a template.
What does it look like day to day?
Mostly, you don't see it. Elves check your job software, inbox or accounts on a schedule and do the job. When something needs a decision, it lands in front of the right person as an email or a text, in the tools they already use.
Will it send things without asking?
Not until you say so. While an elf is new, anything going to a customer or moving money waits for a person to approve it. You decide which jobs it can do on its own, and when.
What if it gets something wrong?
Elves can get things wrong, like any new starter. Early on, your team checks their work and we fix whatever they flag. Anything out of the ordinary, like a quote twice your usual size, goes to a person instead of the elf taking a guess.
What does it cost?
ELFBRIX offers two ways to pay. A one-off price to build it and hand it over, with video guides for everything. Or a monthly retainer where we keep improving it. Either way you see the price in writing before anything starts.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. A one-off build is paid once and it's yours. A retainer runs month to month, and if you stop, your elves keep running on your accounts.
We're not technical. Is this for us?
Yes. Nobody on your team needs to be technical. We do the building, and what they touch turns up in the inbox or software they already use.
